Our classes offer a customized approach based on a person's unique body type. Your body type determines what types of physical practice, food recommendations, meditation, and spiritual education will cause alignment within. Our 3-5 day / 2-4 night retreats are held at our retreat home in Stone Bank, WI, and a second location is located in the Fun Deco Store in Sussex, WI. Mind Shift Yoga offers fitness classes, meditation classes, energy healing sessions, weekend, 1/2 day workshops, and single-topic discussion classes.
Start your day exercising the organs of your body! It doesn't really matter what your body's exterior looks like if your interior organs are sluggish and untoned. This ancient healing method lowers blood pressure, cholesterol, and A1C. This 30-minute virtual class exercises your entire digestive and respiratory systems and then calms the mind to encourage focus and a positive attitude.

Take your practice to the next level. Each class will be designed to achieve your personal goals. Your goal might be to achieve a certain asana pose, eliminate pain, or enjoy yoga in nature. You decide where and when. I will bring all the props. No yoga experience necessary, and any physical limitations will be accommodated.

Few activities rival yoga outside. You pick the place. I bike hike and kayak or drive to a fun location like the beach. You will receive a yoga workout taught at the level of your group. Sunrise, sunset meditations were performed as well. This is a great birthday, anniversary, girl's day, etc. So much fun!
Cost: $150/hr plus travel time
Reiki is a holistic method that utilizes a person's natural energy for healing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. During an energy healing/reiki session, the client receives a hand and foot massage with essential oils; reiki is performed over their entire body. The session ends with a chakra balancing. Clients suffering from anxiety, chemo treatments, COPD, arthritis, unidentifiable immune disorders, and physical and emotional trauma find this therapy extremely beneficial.
Cost $75/hr plus travel time or at my home studio location
Six Week to Re-Discovering You is a holistic approach utilizing yoga, meditation, mudras, chakra-balancing, reiki, food analysis, PEMF, spiritual healing techniques to remove the blockages and restore vitality and balance into a person's life.
The program meets 3 times per week for 20 minutes (preferably in the am before breakfast) Meditation and breathing exercises; 1-2 times per week for a one-hour asana/reiki session (this can n be am or pm based on your schedule) Cost $799 – one asana /week; $999 – two asanas /week
Every pose in an Alignment Yoga class has been analyzed and is taught based on the risk & benefit to the body. Yoga as exercise is a beautiful tool in creating body awareness, flexibility, and strength. The student discovers how to use their inhalation and exhalation (breath) to control the mind and move the body optimally. Likewise, the student learns how bone alignment and muscle activation increase flexibility and, eventually, strength. The ultimate goal of yoga-body/breath awareness is that individuals find themselves using it during normal activities off the mat.

Eat, Think, & Sleep Well - to Age Well Corporate events are designed to educate attendees on the unintentional consequences of living in an industrialized society and offer holistic techniques to counteract the realities of our current world. Each mini-workshop is 45 minutes long and will include evidence-based research documenting the treatment of everyday ailments and the long-term effects on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. Each session will then teach a holistic approach to reactivate, heal and maintain the body's natural systems.
Eat, Sleep, & Think Well - to Age Well 1/2 Day workshops are intended to go deeper into how the industrialized world is causing pain and disease in the human body. Segregating each workshop into eating, sleeping, and thinking allows the participants to understand the evidence-based research documenting how our basic functions are being compromised and how using modern conveniences pushes disease deeper into our bodies. Hands-on activities, yoga, and meditation will be conducted at each workshop. 4-color printed materials are distributed for continued learning and documentation.
Self-care is the greatest gift you can give yourself and your family. During our unique yoga retreat, you will discover how to eat, sleep, & Think based on your body type, learn straightforward ways to create a mind shift for a great night's sleep, and receive an introduction to how your chakra system works.
Experience deep relaxation in our modern five-bedroom retreat home - complete with an indoor/outdoor yoga studio and infrared sauna.
Each retreat is designed to recharge, realign and reconnect the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. All meals and drinks are included in the retreat fee.
